This time I will talk about eating discords and then you maybe think... what?
eating discords.. that isn't fashion?
but listen.. eating discorders are often related to the beauty ideals.
Eating discorders are often related to beauty ideals, low self esteem, problems with the family or problems at school.
But.. everyone i see today.. are beautiful and you need to remember that!
maybe you think.. you don't know me without makeup, you don't know me in my bra looking at me,
you don't know the ugly me, but nobody is ugly.
The world are stuck in beauty ideals, and i will talk a little bit about Anorexia.
There you have, Anorexia, Bulumia, Binge eating, ednos (Eating disorder not otherwise specified)
and ortorexi. (I will write about all of them)
Anorexia is a eating discorder and when you have it, you look in the mirror and think you're fat, but instead your under-weight.
People have suffered from anorexia since the 17th century.
All the day their thinking about calories, weight and food, what they will eat and how they look like,
a person who are anorexic starving to be thin, and can often starve to death.
It is a very serious eating disorder.
They often lie, saying they ate in school but they didn't.
Anorexia means ''lack of appetite'' in latin.
Even if she look like a skeleton she thinks she's overweight and people who are anorexic
need help fast, if they don't get help.. they can die!
evidence of anorexia is
low body weight
missed period
sunken cheeks, stomach and chest
constipation and stomach ache
cold and dry skin
psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions.
you can write more about anorexic in internet and so on, but heres a little bit of it

look at her, she's a living skeleton, the eyes are ''dead'' and she's so skinny.
She would be beautiful if she had more fat according to me.
But for some, it isn't about loosing weight only, it's about having self controll.
